One of a kind secluded home on Cortez Beach. Two level home with main living area on the entry level with three bedrooms and 2 and one half bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room. Downstairs are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, game room, gym with basketball court and work out area. The custom built home on the grounds of the former Cortez Beach recreational area has beaver, eagles, deer and fox as neighbors. The entire home was built with lumber collected from 162 trees that were removed from the home. Walk the property and find your favorite fishing spot as the home is surrounded by Lake Cortez.
