The second bedroom has 2 (XL) twin beds and includes an adjoining second bathroom with tub and shower, plus another TV for streaming. The third bedroom offers a queen bed. Wireless internet included (works great). Easy access to the dock. Just a short distance to several golf courses, the tennis and fitness center, several walking trails and multiple gates. Easy access to the lake. Visitors are welcome to bring fishing gear, kayaks and/or paddle boards (use dock at your own risk). 3. With cancellation more than 5 days prior to arrival (7 days prior for Holidays or Family Reunions) deposit is fully refunded.
4. Total charge for reservation is charged 72 hours prior to arrival.
