2. Deposit of first nights lodging charged to credit card at time of booking.
3. With cancellation more than 5 days prior to arrival (7 days prior for Holidays or Family Reunions) deposit is fully refunded.
4. Total charge for reservation is charged 72 hours prior to arrival.
